Revenue Cycle Services

  • Billing and Collections Supervision: The Subcontractor will oversee the billing and collections process on behalf of the Support Company, ensuring that accounts receivable are managed effectively, and that collections are pursued in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Fee Schedule Analysis: The Subcontractor will review and analyze the Support Company’s fee schedules to ensure that they are optimized for maximum reimbursement based on market conditions and payer agreements.
  • E-Claim Setup and Oversight: The Subcontractor will facilitate the setup and ongoing oversight of electronic claim submissions (e-claims), ensuring timely and accurate claim processing with payers.
  • Centralized Insurance Verification Process: The Subcontractor will manage the verification of insurance benefits across all practices in a centralized process, ensuring consistency and reducing administrative burden on individual practices.
  • Decentralized and Centralized Payment Posting: The Subcontractor will oversee both decentralized (office-level) and centralized (CBO-level) payment posting processes to ensure that payments are applied to the corresponding accounts.
  • AIR Oversight (Private & Insurance): The Subcontractor will maintain oversight of both private and insurance accounts receivable, ensuring that outstanding balances are tracked and collected in a timely manner.
  • Credentialing Oversight: supervise and manage the credentialing process for providers, ensuring timely submission and approval with various insurance payers.
